AliasChangedNotification Class

A notification with information about changes made to an alias.

Remarks

When both OldAliasName and NewAliasName are empty, all aliases are invalidated.
When OldAliasName is empty but NewAliasName is not empty, the alias with NewAliasName has been added. ValueChanged must be true.
When OldAliasName is not empty but NewAliasName is empty, the alias with OldAliasName has been removed. ValueChanged must be true.
When both OldAliasName and NewAliasName are not empty, and are the same, the value or metadata of the alias with OldAliasName%P:OpcLabs.BaseLib.Aliasing.AliasChangedNotification.NewAliasName% has been modified. At least one of the ValueChanged or AliasMetadataChanged arguments must be true.
When both OldAliasName and NewAliasName are not empty, and are different, the alias with OldAliasName has been renamed/moved to NewAliasName. Both ValueChanged and AliasMetadataChanged are false.
