IsFrozen Property (ISparkplugDevice)

Determines whether this device is currently frozen.

Remarks

Freezing a device can be used to force it to publish a death message; this mechanism is internally used by the ISparkplugDeviceExtension.PerformRebirth method. You will rarely need to freeze a device from your own code for other purposes.

The frozen state is controlled by the Freeze and Thaw methods.

When this property changes, the IsFrozenChanged event is raised.

This method or property does not throw any exceptions, aside from execution exceptions such as System.Threading.ThreadAbortException or System.OutOfMemoryException.
