DAPropertyArguments Constructor(String,String,String,DAPropertyId,Object)

Name of the machine. Determines the computer on which the OPC server is located. May be an empty string, in which case the OPC server is assumed to exist on the local computer or at the computer specified for it by DCOM configuration.
Contains ProgID of the OPC server.
Contains OPC item identifier.
Contains Id of the OPC property.
The state object (can be any value supplied by your code).
Initializes a new instance of the class. Initializes a new instance of the class, with the OPC server specified by machine name and server class, the OPC item specified by its ItemId, the OPC property specified by its property Id, and with a user-defined state object.

Parameters

machineName
Name of the machine. Determines the computer on which the OPC server is located. May be an empty string, in which case the OPC server is assumed to exist on the local computer or at the computer specified for it by DCOM configuration.
serverClass
Contains ProgID of the OPC server.
itemId
Contains OPC item identifier.
propertyId
Contains Id of the OPC property.
state
The state object (can be any value supplied by your code).
Exceptions
ExceptionDescription

A null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) is passed to a method that does not accept it as a valid argument.

This is a usage error, i.e. it will never occur (the exception will not be thrown) in a correctly written program. Your code should not catch this exception.
