Descriptor string for the PubSub connection resource.
Converts a descriptor string to a PubSub connection descriptor.
Syntax
'Declaration

<NotNullAttribute()>
Overloads Public Operator Widening CType( _
   ByVal descriptorString As String _
) As UAPubSubConnectionDescriptor
'Usage

[NotNull()]
public UAPubSubConnectionDescriptor operator implicit(
