Encrypted Property (_UAPubSubHeader)

Determines whether the data is encrypted.

Remarks

If the data consists of multiple parts, the value is true only if all parts are encrypted. Multiple-part data can appear e.g. with key and delta frames, or with UADP chunked messages.
