PropertyHasChildrenThe element has children and can be used for a subsequent browse.  
PropertyIsBranchThe node is a branch (a "folder" the can contain other nodes).  
PropertyIsHintThis element is a “hint” leaf versus being a valid item. The OpcLabs.EasyOpc.NodeElement.Name property contains the hint text, and ItemID is an empty string.  
PropertyIsItemThis element is an item, i.e. it is a leaf but not a hint.  
PropertyIsLeafThe element is a leaf.  
PropertyIsRootDetermines whether this element describes a root of the address space.  
PropertyItemIdThe unique identifier for this item.  
PropertyNameShort user friendly portion of the namespace pointing to the element. This is the string to be used for display purposes.  
PropertyNodePathThe node path for this node. Only used with OPC XML.
