SamplingOffset Property (UAUadpWriterGroupMessageParameters)

Defines the time in milliseconds for the offset of creating the network message in the publishing interval cycle.

Remarks

A value of -1.0d indicates that the optional parameter is not configured. In this case the publisher calculates the time before the publishing offset that is necessary to create the network message in time for sending at the publishing offset.

The System.Double allows configuration of intervals smaller than a millisecond.
