PublishingOffset Property (UAUadpWriterGroupMessageParameters)

Defines the time in milliseconds for the offset in the publishing interval cycle of sending the network message to the network.

Remarks

This is the value of the single element in the PublishingOffsets array, if the array has precisely one element. Otherwise, the value is -1.0d.

The System.Double allows configuration of intervals smaller than a millisecond.
