EasyUASubscriptionChangeArguments Constructor(Int32,UAMonitoringParameters,UASubscriptionParameters)

Initializes a new instance of the class. Initializes a new copy of the EasyUASubscriptionChangeArguments object from the monitoring item handle, monitoring parameters, and subscription parameters.
