Parameters

machineName: Name of the machine. Determines the computer on which the object is located. May be an empty string, in which case the object is assumed to exist on the local computer or at the computer specified for it by DCOM configuration.
objectId: Contains the object ID. The object ID is either the object ProgID, or its {CLSID}, or ProgID/{CLSID}.
