IsFirstArrayDimension Property (

Determines whether the sequences represents the first dimension of an array.

Remarks

When this property is true, this sequence data type and all its immediately following element sequence data types that have this property set to false define an array (single-dimensional if there is no such element data type, or multi-dimensional otherwise). On the contrary, with an element sequence data type that has this property set to true, an array of arrays (jagged array) is defined.
