The value of this parameter cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Unless you also set other properties in the UADataSetSubscriptionDescriptor, this constructor is only meaningful with a functional resolver specified in OpcLabs.EasyOpc.UA.PubSub.OperationModel.UASubscribeDataSetArguments.
