UAQualifiedName Constructor(Int32,String)

Initializes a new instance of the class, specifying the namespace index, and the name.

Parameters

namespaceIndex: Namespace index. Determines the namespace of the qualified name.
name: The name part of the qualified name (the part without namespace qualification).
The value of this parameter cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

System.ArgumentNullException
