A value filter's absolute deadband.
Converts a UADataChangeTrigger to a data change filter.

Parameters

trigger
A value filter's absolute deadband.

Return Value

Returns a data change filter with the given trigger, and no deadband.

This method never returns null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Remarks

This operator is equivalent to FromUADataChangeTrigger.
