UADataSetHeader Constructor(UAPublisherId,Int32,Int32,Guid)

Initializes a new instance of the class, specifying the publisher Id, writer group Id, dataset writer Id, and dataset class Id.

publisherId: The publisher Id.
The value of this parameter cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).
writerGroupId: The writer group Id.
dataSetWriterId: The dataset writer Id.
dataSetClassId: The dataset class Id.
