Determines whether a non-empty password is in use for the given certificate.

Parameters

certificateSubId: The sub-id of the certificate. Normally an empty string.
The value of this parameter can be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Return Value

Returns true if a non-empty password is in use for the certificate specified by . Returns false otherwise.
