Finds an OPC-UA standard qualified name for a given name.

Parameters

name: The name for which the standard qualified name should be found.
The value of this parameter cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).
standardQualifiedName: The standard qualified name that corresponds to the given name.
The value of this parameter can be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Return Value

Returns true if the standard qualified name has been found; otherwise, returns false.
