UACommunicationProfile Constructor(String)

Initializes a new instance of the class, specifying the communication profile specifier.

Parameters

specifier: Communication profile specifier in string form, <MessageSecurityMode>:<SecurityPolicy>:<DataEncoding>.
The value of this parameter cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).
