Determines whether the transport profile URI string possibly subscribes to JSON message mapping.

transportProfileUriString: The transport profile URI string.
The value of this parameter cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Returns true if the transport profile URI string possibly subscribes to JSON message mapping; returns false otherwise.
