Processes an error that has occurred during a callback.

Parameters

name: Name of the callback or event handler.
The value of this parameter cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).
exception: The exception thrown by the handler.
The value of this parameter cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).
