Operand Property (_UAAttributeField)

OpcLabs.EasyOpcUA Assembly > OpcLabs.EasyOpc.UA.ComTypes Namespace > _UAAttributeField Interface : Operand Property
The simple attribute operand to which this field refers.
Syntax
'Declaration

<NotNullAttribute()>
Property Operand As UASimpleAttributeOperand
'Usage

Dim instance As _UAAttributeField
Dim value As UASimpleAttributeOperand

instance.Operand = value

value = instance.Operand
[NotNull()]
UASimpleAttributeOperand Operand {get; set;}
[NotNull()]
property UASimpleAttributeOperand^ Operand {
   UASimpleAttributeOperand^ get();
   void set (    UASimpleAttributeOperand^ value);
}

Property Value

The value of this property cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Because the OpcLabs.EasyOpc.UA.UAAttributeField has an implicit conversion from OpcLabs.EasyOpc.UA.Filtering.UASimpleAttributeOperand, in languages that support implicit conversion operators (such as C# or VB.NET), you can simply use the returned OpcLabs.EasyOpc.UA.Filtering.UASimpleAttributeOperand in any place where OpcLabs.EasyOpc.UA.UAAttributeField is expected as input, and the corresponding OPC UA attribute field will be constructed automatically. When the implicit conversion operators are not supported (such as with Python.NET), you can use the FromUASimpleAttributeOperand static method instead.
