UAQualifiedNameParser Constructor()

Initializes a new instance of the class with default data.

Remarks
Default namespace is an empty string.

This method or property does not throw any exceptions, aside from execution exceptions such as System.Threading.ThreadAbortException or System.OutOfMemoryException.
