	Name	Description
	DataSource	Selects the data source for OPC reads (from device, from OPC cache, or dynamically determined).
	TypeId	When implemented in a derived class, gets a unique identifier for this System.Attribute. (Inherited from System.Attribute)
	ValueAge	Determines the age of value you would like to obtain (in milliseconds).
