TopicProcessingIntervalTimeout Property (EasyDAClientParameters)

Topic processing interval timeout. Number of milliseconds. When the incoming requests related to OPC items pause for this interval, the requests collected so far are applied to the OPC server.

Property Value

The default value of this property is 200.

Exceptions

One of the arguments provided to a method is not valid.

This is a usage error, i.e. it will never occur (the exception will not be thrown) in a correctly written program. Your code should not catch this exception.

Remarks

The value must be greater than or equal to zero, or it must be equal to System.Threading.Timeout.Infinite.

Normally, incoming requests are logically grouped by the component, and processed according to how the application has structured them. This interval will therefore only have some effect under heavy system load.
