Determines whether a given event severity value is valid in OPC Alarms&Events. Zero severities are not allowed.

IsValidEventSeverity(Int32,Boolean)Determines whether a given event severity value is valid in OPC Alarms&Events. You can choose whether zero severities are also allowed.
