DefaultQuality Property (AEEventData)

OpcLabs.EasyOpcClassicCore Assembly > OpcLabs.EasyOpc.AlarmsAndEvents Namespace > AEEventData Class : DefaultQuality Property
Default quality.
Syntax
'Declaration

<NotNullAttribute()>
Public Shared ReadOnly Property DefaultQuality As DAQuality
'Usage

Dim value As DAQuality

value = AEEventData.DefaultQuality
[NotNull()]
public static DAQuality DefaultQuality {get;}
[NotNull()]
public:
static property DAQuality^ DefaultQuality {
   DAQuality^ get();
}

Property Value

The value of this property cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Because there is an implicit conversion from OpcLabs.EasyOpc.DataAccess.DAQuality to System.Int32 and OpcLabs.EasyOpc.DataAccess.DAQualities, in languages that support implicit conversion operators (such as C# or VB.NET), you can simply use the return value in place of a System.Int32 (representing the internal value of the quality), or in place a OpcLabs.EasyOpc.DataAccess.DAQualities enumeration value. When the implicit conversion operators are not supported (such as with Python.NET), you can use the OpcLabs.EasyOpc.DataAccess.DAQuality.ToInt32 or OpcLabs.EasyOpc.DataAccess.DAQuality.ToDAQualities static method instead.

Remarks

This method or property does not throw any exceptions, aside from execution exceptions such as System.Threading.ThreadAbortException or System.OutOfMemoryException.
