CreateUserNameIdentity(String) Method

The username.

The value of this parameter cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Creates a username token identity, specifying the username explicitly, with an empty password.

Parameters

userName
The username.

The value of this parameter cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Return Value

Returns a new user identity, configured with username token only.

This method never returns null (Nothing in Visual Basic).
