GetValue(Int64) Method

Gets the value at the specified position in the one-dimensional array. The index is specified as a 64-bit integer.

Parameters

index: A 64-bit integer that represents the position of the array element to get.
Valid values of this parameter are in the range from 0 to 9223372036854775807 (Int64.MaxValue).

Return Value

The value at the specified position in the one-dimensional array.

This method can return null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Exception	Description
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException	The value of an argument is outside the allowable range of values as defined by the invoked method. This is a usage error, i.e. it will never occur (the exception will not be thrown) in a correctly written program. Your code should not catch this exception.
System.IndexOutOfRangeException	An attempt was made to access an element of an array or collection with an index that was outside its bounds. This is a usage error, i.e. it will never occur (the exception will not be thrown) in a correctly written program. Your code should not catch this exception.
