VarType Constructor(Int32)

Numerical VARTYPE to be converted.

Valid values of this parameter are in the range from 0 to 65535.

Initializes a new instance of the class to the value indicated by an integer value.

Parameters

numericalValue
Numerical VARTYPE to be converted.

Valid values of this parameter are in the range from 0 to 65535.

Exceptions
ExceptionDescription

The value of an argument is outside the allowable range of values as defined by the invoked method.

This is a usage error, i.e. it will never occur (the exception will not be thrown) in a correctly written program. Your code should not catch this exception.

Remarks

In languages that support implicit conversions (such as C# or VB.NET), in many cases you do not have call this constructor explicitly. When indicated, a call to an available equivalent implicit conversion operator will be created by the compiler automatically.
