GetAliasInfo Method (_AliasRepository)

Gets information about the specified alias.

Parameters

aliasName: The name of the alias.
The value of this parameter can be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Return Value

Returns a value result which contains the OpcLabs.BaseLib.Aliasing.AliasInfo for the given alias in case of success, or an error in case of failure.

This method never returns null (Nothing in Visual Basic).
