Creates an anonymous user identity.
Syntax

Return Value

Returns a new user identity, configured with anonymous token only.
Remarks

This method or property does not throw any exceptions, aside from execution exceptions such as System.Threading.ThreadAbortException or System.OutOfMemoryException.
