Initializes a new instance of the class, with default values.

Remarks

The default server endpoint address is "opc.tcp://localhost:48040/".

This method or property does not throw any exceptions, aside from execution exceptions such as System.Threading.ThreadAbortException or System.OutOfMemoryException.
