Property Value

The default value of this property is True.

When this property is true (the default), the data notifications can contain metrics that were not contained in the birth notifications, and metrics can be delivered in data notifications before a corresponding birth notification.

This method or property does not throw any exceptions, aside from execution exceptions such as System.Threading.ThreadAbortException or System.OutOfMemoryException.
