UAMonitoringParameters Constructor(Int32,UAQualifiedName)

The sampling interval (in milliseconds) indicates the fastest rate at which the Server should sample its underlying source for data changes.
Name of the encoding that the server should use when returning the Value attribute of a variable.

samplingInterval
