Parameters

samplingInterval: The sampling interval (in milliseconds) indicates the fastest rate at which the Server should sample its underlying source for data changes.
dataChangeFilter: Defines the conditions under which a data change notification should be reported.
queueSize: The requested size of the MonitoredItem queue.
encodingName: Name of the encoding that the server should use when returning the Value attribute of a variable.
