Remarks

This is an AES-CTR security policy with following parameters:

Signing key size: 256 bits (32 bytes)
Encrypting key size: 128 bits (16 bytes)
Key nonce size: 32 bits (4 bytes)
Key size (total): 416 bits (52 bytes)
