A string representation of the publisher Id numeric value.

Remarks

The value is "0" if the publisher Id type is not of the numeric types.

Allows VBScript to access the identifier even when it is OpcLabs.EasyOpc.UA.PubSub.UAPublisherIdType.UInt64.
