OpcLabs.BaseLib.OperationModel.HandleArguments to be copied from.
Contains new monitoring parameters (such as the sampling interval, and optional data change filter).
Contains new subscription parameters (such as the publishing interval).
Initializes a new instance of the class. Initializes a new copy of the EasyUASubscriptionChangeArguments object from the OpcLabs.BaseLib.OperationModel.HandleArguments, monitoring parameters, and subscription parameters.

Contains new monitoring parameters (such as the sampling interval, and optional data change filter).
subscriptionParameters
Contains new subscription parameters (such as the publishing interval).

A null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) is passed to a method that does not accept it as a valid argument.
