CreateCsr Method

The sub-id of the certificate. Normally an empty string.
Name of file containing the private key.
Password to the private key in the file.
Password to the current certificate's private key.
Domain names to be included within the CSR.

Parameters

certificateSubId
The sub-id of the certificate. Normally an empty string.
privateKeyFileName
Name of file containing the private key.
filePrivateKeyPassword
Password to the private key in the file.
oldPrivateKeyPassword
Password to the current certificate's private key.
domainNames
Domain names to be included within the CSR.

Return Value

An array of bytes representing the CSR.
Exceptions
ExceptionDescription

The OPC UA operation has failed. This operation exception in uniformly used to allow common handling of various kinds of errors. The System.Exception.InnerException always contains information about the actual error cause.

This is an operation error that depends on factors external to your program, and thus cannot be always avoided. Your code must handle it appropriately.

Remarks

This method may only be called when SupportsCreatingCsr is true.
