ActiveTimeDouble Property (AEAcknowledgeConditionArguments)

An active time corresponding to the Source and Condition Name pair. In UTC, as double-precision floating-point number that contains an OLE Automation date.

Remarks

This property is primarily aimed at VBA in Excel, which removes the sub-seconds parts of VT_DATE values. This alternative property uses VT_R8 variant type instead, and provides a milliseconds resolution.
