IsValidTimeLocal Method (AEUtilities)

The local time to be tested.
Determines whether a given local time value is valid in OPC Alarms&Events.

Parameters

time
The local time to be tested.

Return Value

true if time is a valid time; false otherwise.
Remarks
Time must be local, or it must be either System.DateTime.MinValue or System.DateTime.MaxValue.

This method does not throw any exceptions, aside from execution exceptions such as System.Threading.ThreadAbortException or System.OutOfMemoryException.
