Refresh Property (_EasyAENotificationEventArgs)

Denotes whether this notification was triggered by subscription refresh.

Remarks

When Refresh is True, the value of True in RefreshComplete tells that the refresh has completed.

This method or property does not throw any exceptions, aside from execution exceptions such as System.Threading.ThreadAbortException or System.OutOfMemoryException.
