True if this objects represents a root; false otherwise.
Remarks
The root object does not have the OpcLabs.EasyOpc.AlarmsAndEvents.AddressSpace.AENodeElement information filled in, except for the OpcLabs.EasyOpc.AlarmsAndEvents.AddressSpace.AENodeElement.NodeId.
