IsValidTime Method (AEUtilities)

Determines whether a given time value is valid in OPC Alarms&Events.

Parameters

time: The time to be tested.

Return Value

true if is a valid time; false otherwise.

Remarks

Time must be in UTC, or it must be either System.DateTime.MinValue or System.DateTime.MaxValue.

This method or property does not throw any exceptions, aside from execution exceptions such as System.Threading.ThreadAbortException or System.OutOfMemoryException.
