OverrideDefaultSecurity Property (_ComInstantiationParameters)

Override the default activation security for machine remote activations.

Remarks

This property is used by following client implementations:

Native client: yes
NET API client: no

When set, a non-null COAUTHINFO will be specified in the COSERVERINFO.pAuthInfo member passed as the pServerInfo parameter to the CoCreateInstanceEx. See COSERVERINFO structure (objidl.h).

This method or property does not throw any exceptions, aside from execution exceptions such as System.Threading.ThreadAbortException or System.OutOfMemoryException.
