Parameters

writableFileInfo: The writable file info object that will perform the operation.
destinationWritableFileInfo: The writable file info into which the file will be moved.
copyBufferSize: The size of the copy buffer. This value must be greater than zero. The default size is 81920.

Returns the number of bytes copied.
